Come on over. That's what my back yard looks like now. We waited for the Patriots game to end before we started the snow. Should only get a couple inches... this time.

The good news is it usually takes care of itself in a day. Down here if we get a snowfall its followed by a warm day.

Hardly ever happens to snow but we actually had 3 days of it between Dec 2008 and Feb 2009

Today ? 78 for a high

The typical reaction in Seattle to Snow is...

OMG SNOW! Lets git in the car and go crash into something right away. I always give my fellow Seattleites the first snow day to let Darwin take effect and weed themselves out of the driving gene pool.

It snows like maybe once every year up to an inch or two and is mostly gone in 48 hours.

We get the occasional real snow fall like twice in the last 50 years of 3 foot or so. And that crushed the Seattle area like no other disaster. Collapsed roofs, marina's sinking under the weight of the snow, taking the boats tied up down with them.

We just say no to snow around these parts and just stick to what we are good at... Rain.

Thanks
Alan

9" of snow last night, but good news: I have 4 wheel drive which means you can go fast because they can't go off the road
