It's just a 5/8" X 6" piece of steel rod, stainless if you want it to last longer. I got a piece of steel from Home Depot and cut several. One stays on board, one is in my rigging bag and another is in a compartment in my tow vehicle. Got to the lake once without one and am determined not to let that happen again.
