Ho Ho Ho,

"What do all the good little and not so little Chrysler Sailors want in there stockings this year?" I wonder...

1. I'd like a GPS/Depth finder combo and an Autotiller.
2. ?

Alan, I have fallen in love with the Lowrance HD5S. Beats the crap out of the Garmins. A very readable 5X5 screen, and works with tiller pilots. I took GPS coordinates off its chart at West Marine and drove to those locations (Dallas to the coast) and compared. That chart was accurate 5 to 10 feet. It's on my wish list right behind a new mainsail.

Kevin . . . I have that same dream.

Car keys. My 1999 Land Rover Discovery does well pulling the boat on a trailer, but is long in the tooth. I test drove a 2009 Mercedes M320 Bluetech and loved it. Also looking at a 2007 Porsche Cayanne, and a 2003 Mecedes G Wagon.

I only pull the boat a few times a year, but also want something nice for when I need to take clients somewhere.

I think I'd have to ask for more time to sail! This next year is looking a bit bleak on free time.

Lady Jo could benifit from and good electric trailer brake conversion!
My new trailer has electric brakes but dang it if it does not lift the boat another 6 inches taller! Looks nice riding high but makes more more painful launches! LOL!

There is an old song that comes out around this time of year... originally before my time... a Hippopotamus for Christmas. I would definitely need something bigger than a C26 if I got one of those.

Lots of cans of InterProtect. And some Elves. To come and do the full bottom sanding, check for blisters, strip to gelcoat and cover with many coats Interprotect that EE needs.

Actually last time I checked the blisters were only a few around the bow, and they were minor and not pop-able. But I'd like to put it to rest forever...

new signet transducer for my wind speed gauge. It took a crap the day before I took her out of the water this year.

A pretty C22 (pop top would be nice) on a good trailer w a pristine Chysler Sailmaster 10hp eng (remote control) , bimini, and a six pack of Sierra double IPA in the fridge (the boat fridge, that is!)....., oh, and a bigger stocking LOL

Just in case Santa is open for suggestion

Dang thing is only six miles away from my driveway

BTW, Santa, if you give me this I promise to invite sailor Bob over and share my beer, and we can sit inside and watch the snow fall through the portholes!

Dear Santa,
I'd like to borrow your elves to finish my boat and have it ready to sail this spring. In just a couple days you'll be done with them for this year and I could really use the help.

Thanks

Paul
