The nicest C-22 I have ever seen in person

Hey everybody
I just saw this C-22 came up in my area of Michigan.
This boat belonged to a member of the board named Richard I think ?
I meet with him once to buy some his interior cushion from his spare parts boat. When I was there he showed me the boat that he had restored using the spare boat and my jaw hit the ground. It is even nicer than they were in back in the 70's IMO. I believe he has put several hundred of hours into this restoration and gone over every inch of the vessel.
Take a look but at the pictures but I have to say they don't do the boat justice.

This boat IS absolutely gorgeous AND it includes a fine looking 9.9 hp Chrysler Sail outboard w cockpit controls. I spoke to the guy last fall when it was first up for sale to see if he'd bite at a DS2 + cash deal (LOL, that's me, always thinking of the wife. 
) Of course, as I expected, it didn't happen. I was fishing. I can only hope one of our guys picks it up and loves it as much as this guy did.
