My rudder cheeks move slightly when I lower or raise the rudder and it looks like the piece that attaches them to the tiller post has an inside bracket broken off. Any ideas how to fix this?

Can be hard to find somebody to weld those, but thats about the only option. As far as I know no one makes a replacement although IDA Sailor does make the rudder..
