Hey Guys,

You have been a great help so far so I am asking for some more help. I received the bushing piece and after further inspection I found that where the sleeve comes through the hall and connects to the high pressure hose is cracked. Has anyone repaired this before and if so how? I would think if I could find a fiber glass sleeve to put inside it and then fiberglass it in place.

Does anyone have any idea's?

I purchased a 2" fiberglass tube from McMaster-carr. I bored out the the hull and bushing point on the top to 2". I glassed it in and used uhdpe bushings (also from mcmaster-carr) on the top and bottom. I machined out the stainless tube from the upper bushing housing and reinstalled it just as a decorative cap. Its a permanent fix and there are no connections to fail. I can post some pictures if it doesn't make sense.
