So got tired of searching for my leak and decided to fill the inside of my boat till it came out.started at the access hole for the keel and after a couple minutes I saw a drip on the hull where the keel comes down and meets the hull.i tries to post some pictures but it won't let me. Any advice on what to do next

You found your leak . Now you will have to do some fiberglass work. It may be time consuming but relatively inexsprsive and very doable.
