my '77 c22 has about a 5 degree list to starboard while in the water. it seems i remember reading somewhere that it is possible for the flotation below the seat/berth on the starboard side can be soaked with water, which might explain this.

i have checked the weight distribution, and that is not the problem.

any ideas or suggestions?

oh memories... I had that problem. It went away when I removed the galley, and installed the battery in the port lazarette. The slide off galley weights a ton. My boat has small holes drilled all along the base of the starboard settee, in case water gets in.
