I've been slowly working on the trailer as I finished with the major work on the boat here some before and after pictures though there really only is one before picture.

What did you do with the boat while working on your trailer?

I did everything with the boat still on the trailer. When I reworked the supports (several times I might add) I worked one end at a time lifting the boat when needed. I just jacked the whole trailer up on blocks to install the new axle.
