EE Gets Wet Again

Made the trip to the lake early this morning, and had her in by 830 to check for leaks, outboard running right, etc.

She bobbed around out there quite happy for a few hours

Did find one very small leak, of course the one place that never leaked before, base of the rudder tube. Kicking my own rear for not refitting that since it probably is the only thing I didn't lay hands on in the last 2 years

Hauled her back out to step the mast in the club yard, and check that leak. Should be able to get her in her slip next weekend.

Excellent............I know full well what a relief it is to get it in the water after working your tail off to get it ready and curse that rudder post for putting a mild damper on the festivities !
