I have not seen any docs describing the use of the galley at all in all my searches. I do have two boats with that installed on each. The stove is slightly different on them but otherwise they look identical.
As far as use, the system is mounted on the port side sette. It slides completely aft into the port lazerette when not in use.
It does slide forward into the main salon when needed.
Hooking up the water drain looks very simple however I have not done it. Simply hook the hose from the unit to the drain in the little cubby forward of the sink stove combo when slid all the way forward.
The alcohol stove I believe is like any camping alcohol stove. Use with care and be aware of invisible flame.

Yeah, woke up to 3 more inches of snow today! This is really putting a damper on my sailing activities. Finally got into "Lady Di" yesterday and it snowed yet again!

On mine the drain from the sink is positioned directly over a small recess which it simply drains into without being directly connected. The recess is then attached to a valve which is connected to the through hole and opened only when draining the sink. If left open on a port tack in heavy weather the water will come back up through the drain and into the boat ( i learned this this hard way, it took a couple of outings to figure out where the water was coming from).

Scott/Alan, you think you're having an odd snow year up there ? Was updating our club website with pics of the December 2008 snow when I realized that EE had snow on the decks TWICE in 2008 - January and December.
