Unfortunately that new skin wasn't compatable with the version of PhPBB my server has installed, and some things weren't working properly, most importantly, people weren't able to sign up new accounts. I'm going to look into how to update the version of phpBB so I can use that skin again. In the mean time I've at least been able to add the new banner to this version.
