Yes original Chrysler motor and controle. You are saying the switch is on the motor itself? At this point I would disconect to test if I can figure it out. The motor was starting if lever was giggeled around so this could be it. Not sure if this is a 280 but will check for start button and switch ...

Well there is a tube runing from the sink drain into the hull. Have no idea what it goes to at this point. There is a through hull on the port side just above the waterline. Anyone know what this is for? I'm thinking there must be a owners manuel on these boats someplace that explains these things ...
