I bought my C22 back in Feb in Rhode Island from a guy who had originally lived down in FL and gotten it there. He told me there was a "club" of C22 owners down in S. FL who annually sailed to the Bahamas.

Greets!

I'm getting ready to put my C22 on it's first mooring but before I do I need to stop a small leak that seems to be coming from the stern seam of the lazarette, where it contacts the transom. I've applied liberal amounts of "Life-Seal" to that seam but when I put water in the lazarette I'm ...

Ah! That makes a little more sense. The "bilge" area I'm speaking of is the storage compartment on the port side of the companionway. The previous owner(s) had screwed a small electric bilge pump to the floor in there.
