Thanks guys, some good options. When the seasons over I plan to remove the motor and mount and see what I have to work with.

The motor mount on my C26 is in bad shape and has been patched up by the previous owner, I would like to replace it or rebuild it. I don't think my local marine store can help me. Is anyone out there building these or are there plans available.
