I've decided to paint the bulkheads and leave at that. I'm the only one who goes on the boat so I don't have to make it pretty for anyone else. The next project is the motor mount.

I have a C26 in which I have removed 2/3 of the fabric covering the bulkheads. What I found was a foam backing that has pretty much disintegrated into power. The fabric comes off very easy and I remove any remaining adhesive and foam with a vacum cleaner. I plan on painting the bulkheads with a ...
