Compass on a C22

Compass on a C22

After installing a 2" sounder and a mount for the portable GPS on the bulkhead next to the companionway I relized there is just not a lot of flat area to mount a decent sized compass :?
What do other C22 owners use for a compass and how mounted?

Mine was on my wheel pedestal after removing it I put the compass on the main hatch.

This is my set up done by owners long past. This is on the Port side of the Cabin hatchway on the vertical curved seating area in the cockpit. This set up works real well for me. 8)
