I currently have two pairs of wires plus antenna. One pair of wires connects through a Perko connector, the other pair come through something similar to what you found. The antenna comes through another gland type.
My idea: Leave the antenna as it is. Replace one of the other connectors with a six wire trailer connector allowing me to make my four wire connection with one plug and leaving me two more for expansion.
The connector I found is a waterproof, bulkhead mount, and has a nice gasketed cover. All I need to do is determine the length of bolts I need. I'll let you know how it goes.

I used a trailer connector when I rewired the remotes to the Sailer 280.
It's a lot more water proof than the origional round 4 prong thing with the rotted boots
