Just got my keel cable made! Yeah! One step closer!

OK,
So I call swaging shop that moved from Ballard to Bothell! How convenient! I work in Bothell! It's five minutes away. Spoke to a guy Friday, told him what I needed and he said No problem! I asked his name. He told me but laughed stating he was the only one there. Cool. So today I google the address and head out on the Harley fulling expecting to find a hole in the wall shop.

OMG! What in the world is this place I thought when I found it! Turns out this little place called Primus University Swaging is a 100,000 sq ft single level place that does aerospace engineering and builds flight control cables for little companies like Boeing! Yeah they do standing rigging and other things too.

So the guy whips me up a cable in nothing flat. Told me I won't need a spare! This one he made will last a LONG time! LOL!

So now I have my keel cable!
