Wow thats a great deal. A new sail dingey will cost more.

I'm wondering if these deals were out there before I found my C-22 ( 3 yrs ago) or is it just due to the economy? Most sailboats seem to be selling for a 3rd of what they were a year ago.

I also wonder if the people that are new into sailing, is a different trend. I can't even count the number of new here not to mention I read a few other sites and seen lots of people just getting in to sailing.

No one around me is calling it a midlife crises but I think some are thinking it

Deals are out there. Just have to be patient and watch closely! Also have to know what you are looking at and avoid the junk! I looked at a nice 23'er onde day! Fantastic price. Unfortuantely the mast was literally pitted all the way through in many places. The seller tried hard to convince me the masts were readily available. NOT! Spent several weeks looking. Yes I could have bought a mast but at the full cost of other similar complete boats! LOL! Sure glad I let THAT deal get away! LOL!

Use caution but there are great deals out there.

That's $50.00 less than I gave for my Bucc and I thought I got a pretty good deal.....and there's a LOT more stuff with those. Wow....
