Rudder Post Top Leak

We had a lot of rain this weekend, and I found my rudder post hose was leaking significantly at the top (whew). Is there supposed to be a hose clamp at the top? Copacetic appears to have only some 5200 that has pulled away from underside of the cockpit.

EE also leaked in the rain anyway because the upper hole for the hose was much larger than the hose. Had to cut a piece of plastic with a proper fitting hole, cut that down the middle, then 5200 it in place on either side of the hose.

Edit - I think EE has clamps but they are in the transon/fuel tank area where the hose meets the fiberglass part of the deal...the hole I'm talking about is where the rubber hose itself passes thru, below the clamps.

Basically if you lie down on your back at in the stern berth and look up the hose you might see a nice ring of goop around the hose where it goes up thru the cockpit floor.
