Another great evening sailing!

Another great evening sailing!

Yesterday, 5 of us guys gathered for an evening sail.
Wow! What an evening! The wind was a pretty steady 17 puffing to 20 once in a while.
Alan of Honu (alanhod) was able to join us!We sailed down the river and out into the sound where we took all evening to make three long reaches. We each brought our own dinners and found ourselves envious of Dougs Teriyaki plate. As the sun dropped in the horizon, the wind died off and we were treated to a spectacular sunset! Reluctantly we furled sails and motored back to the dock!

What a great evening!

It was good to see you again Alan!

Imagine me making a big jealous green with envy razzberry sound effect right now. Because I am.

My only available sailing day for the next week got eaten by an emergency car buying trip Wednesday.

You're very welcome Alan and it was my pleasure to have you and others aboard! I was impressed that in a days notice everyone managed to make the trip!
