| Keep us updated, the boat looks good if the reserve is low it could be a nice find. I like the mast step idea an may copy that for next year. |

The plywood is the core of the rudder. Mine is the same. I saw it when I replaced my control lines. I wasn't real impressed when I first saw it but it was sound with no soft spots. Its lasted all this time, I guess its OK.
