Pirateer Customizations

So this Pirateer has been frustrating/disappointing/challenging.
  • Finding compatible parts
    No hiking strap
    No deck block
    Poor documentation
So decided to take drastic measures.

Template to mark holes:

Small slit cut in hiking strap to feed block swivel

Galvanized steel bracket with a ton of silicone, and voila, deck block plus hiking strap

End result. (waiting for silicone to set so I can test it out).
