virtual Sailing Race

Not sure how many of you are geeks like me and snowed in but there is a virtual around the world race that is free to play. It is about as close to sailing as I can get to right now.

The only thing that would make it more realistic would be a feature that causes money to leak from your bank account lke a real boat does

I have the sleep deprivation thing going. I find myself getting up in the middle of the night to check sails. It is a rather addicting simulator.

No money to leak this this time of year, Xmas has leaked it for me.

I woke up this morning with a red stop sign on my boat,,, did my first auto helm change set for 0230 before goin to bed,, put me right into a head wind I didn't see coming,,, 6 hrs in irons

My boat name is of course "Jokulhlaup"
