FYI, I did it all myself. However I did not paint the topsides. They are as they were. I have polished them a lot though! LOL!

The paint I put on was marine primer on the rudder cheeks and keel. Then a full round of ablative paint on the bottom. I know, ablative paint is slower in the water but since I do not race and that is what was on her before, I simply went with what was there!

I sanded all the loose crap off but I did not fair the bottom or keel.
I now have her for sale. The way I see it is if I fair the bottom I would be hiding any possible issues the new owner may want to be aware of. You know, pitting in the keel, etc. Since I did not fair it, the new owner gets a very good feel for the bottom and the excellent condition.

Yes the trailer is included.
I have her posted in the for sale section however here is a direect link to the ad:

As far as best offer, I am willing to sell her with or without the following items:

trailer
new sails ( I have a set of nice used )
motor
The offer price would reflect the items not delivered.

However I will not part with any of these items until the boat is sold. The boat buyer gets first dibs.

I can chime in on the polishing post no problem.
