Wow, this looks like a very well kept and updated C-22.
This is close to Ron C and myself. I am not looking for another boat. :)
Looks like a great price w/ a trailer.

Just got back from NC and Albemarle sound. Didnt take our boat but sailed a friends rhodes 22 on friday. Waves 2-3 winds 6-10 knts. A beautiful day of sailng on some big open water.

Someone explain the next to bottom picture to me. Why put the diving board next to the tiller and under the boom? What is the function of this very nicely made piece of wood?

I do believe that might be a cockpit table. Handy to have but tends to get in the way of my overly large profile.

this owner must be a real fine woodworker with lots of time
