Last cruise

Post by EmergencyExit »

We took EE down the lake into town last night. Not a bit of wind, so we motored both ways. Tied up at a dock just outside the restaurant windows (that got some looks !!), had some seafood, and cruised back. I could get used to night cruising under the stars, and we were the only boat on the lake both ways for each 4 mile leg.

Was a nice touch to the day which happened to be my birthday, and close to the 6th anniversary of adopting EE...

Happy Birthday, sailbob had his 56 on Nov. 12, Nov. 15 I had a all day sail 10 to 15 wind out of the south, feilt like spring (wish it was spring) I have about 3 days lift, chanel markers are comming out, an Brother&sister in-law go to Fl. for the winter. Love my C-26 , wish I could sail all winter, But a 5,000 # boat does not sail will on ice.

Happy Bday EE! Glad you got to spend it out on the water. That sounds perfect to me. Mine is in a few days and I was hoping to spend it sailing, however they seemed to have let most of the water out of the lake early this year!

Happy birthday EE

My last cruise this weekend was interesting to say the least
Saturday was lite wind but the evening sky was very nice

This Sunday morning started very foggy but let up and I got underway just to have it roll in a short time later leaving me feeling a little vulnerable.Image

just to be buzzed by a UFO

Sailin on my Birthday up here in Feburary is out of the question...unless I can find someone to give me a ride in their ice boat...that would be a rush! :D

I'm actually only 8 years old, Scott - I was born Friday 13th, so I only count those birthdays. Unfortunately, those of us that count them that way die very young in age..

LOL!!

I too am a 13th Birthday kinday guy!

SUNDAY Dec 13 was my day of birth! I figure that counteracts any negative 13th issues!!

My 21st birthday was indeed Friday the 13th!!
That however was many moons ago!!

;)

Now turn that computer off and go relax!!
