I have a 9.9 with out elc. start an I have an Autolectric 15 hp. My plan was to take the (starter generator) off the 15 an put it on the 9.9. Looked like all that was needed was to dril & tape two holes on the 9.9 to mount the suport unit. But the Crank is longer on the 15 hp so that the shaft goes up into the starter generator. Another one of my bad ideas? An I thank I may have bout the last two sets of points. $ 20 bucks each, found them 20 miles from my home.
