Hey,
Is there anyone out there that has a sailboat in Seattle? We will be in Seattle in November (daughter getting married) and would like to hear from any of you that are in the city.
Thanks :D

Hi RemedyC26,

I'm in Everett Wa which is about 30 minutes North of Seattle!
Yes, I have a boat! Love to meet ya if time permits on your schedule!

Maybe even a daysail, again, weather! LOL!

alanhod is a great candidate also however lately his schedule has been very tight. Maybe we could get lucky and all of us go for a sail!

Thanks for the reply. We are both looking forward to being up that way and a sail in November sounds good if your weather permits. Our daughter keeps trying to remind us that the weather is very different than GA. We are hoping to find some place to stay right on the water front while we are there, it looks beautiful.

Howdy,

I live in Lynnwood which is about 20 minutes North of Seattle. I would love a Chrysler Sailor get together schedule permitting.

I know there are more in the Seattle area because I've seen the boats but they do not seem to be on the forum. Hopefully they will speak up now.

Thanks
Alan

That sounds great. We are so looking forward to this. You know after the I dos there isn't much left to do for the watchers. Sailing in your area would be a treat for us. Chrysler people are the best. :D

Do you by chance know when you'll be here?

I only ask because the week around Thanksgiving is my 20th anniversary!
Nothing personal but I will be away with my bride! 8 )

We are looking forward to hearing from you! Also, as far as sailing goes,
We'd be best planning some time on Destiny! She is better equiped for cold or rain than Lady Jo is!

As Alan mentioned, any other Chrysler sailors in the Puget Sound area who wants to join us is more than welcome to join! Even you lurkers! Just speak up so we know you are coming!

Alan as far as other boats we have 1 11 miles away but found out his main sail is opened up 2x a year when he puts the boat in and when he takes it out his headsail stays on the furler.
Catch the wind and ride the wave, Have fun

We will be in Seattle the week of Nov 7 - the 13th. The wedding is the 11th (Yes, 11-11-11 how original the young!) With all the hoopla about the wedding, this possible sail is fast becoming our secret escape. Wish we could trailer one of our's (we got that free C26 that was offered here back in the winter and have another on West Point Lake in GA) up there but we will be doing good to get ourselves there on time. We really appreciate the responses.
